All our sweet gifts are baked fresh to order and shipped via Express Australia Post from our Coco & Bean commercial bakery in Austral, NSW. As a guideline, it generally takes 1 – 5 days for your gift to arrive.

We ship our delicious goodies via Express Australia Post Monday to Thursday. Sometimes we may need to hold an order due to a holiday weekend or extreme weather, in which case we will notify you.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please note that packages shipped to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Christmas Island or remote rural areas can sometimes take 6-12 business days.

Our Same Day Sydney Delivery Service are dispatch and delivered from our Bellevue Hill boutique bakery Monday to Saturdays.

Express Australia Post – Yes. You can choose a ‘preferred’ delivery date on the calender in the checkout. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery on a specific day, but we will make sure to send your gift in plenty of time to arrive on or before the date requested.

Same Day Delivery Service – Yes you can choose your preferred delivery date on the calender in the checkout page and we will deliver same day.

As noted each individual Coco & Bean dessert box and gift hamper is handmade from fresh in our bakery daily, occasionally a particular item may not be available in which case we will replace it with another item of equal or higher value.

No, unfortunately, due to the delicate and fresh nature of our gourmet treats, we only offer Australia-wide delivery.

Our sweets are best kept in the refrigerator and are all individually dated with their best-before dates. You can also find each products ingredients, storage and best before date under the ‘Ingredient Information Tab’. Please keep in mind that all of our handcrafted sweets are 100% natural and free of preservatives; so eating them ASAP is ideal. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, at this time we don’t offer a nut-free option because we bake in a kitchen that uses nuts.

We do offer gluten-free brownies, biscotti, and french macarons, however, please note our kitchen is not an exclusive gluten-free kitchen.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and take great care to ensure your gift arrives to you looking great. Due to laws regarding perishable items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on baked goods.

If however, you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date, let us know and we will make it right!
