Express Australia Wide Delivery

We deliver via Express Australia Post, Australia-wide.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Most orders have an ETA of next business day when delivering to Sydney Metro, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth and Hobart.

We ship our dessert boxes and hampers Monday to Friday. Sometimes we may need to hold an order due to a holiday weekend or extreme weather, in which case we will notify you.

NSW - $12.95 per address - 1-2 business days

VIC, QLD & SA - $14.95 per address - 1-4 business days

WA, NT & TAS - $18.95 per address - 1-5 business days

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia Wide with Express Australia Post.

What days do you deliver?

Australia Post deliveries run Monday to Friday and occasionally on Saturday during peak seasons.

When will my order arrive?

We freshly bake and ship our gift boxes Mondays to Thursday’s, and will do our best to ship your order asap.

Please note that deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Christmas Island or remote rural areas may sometimes take 1-5 business days.

Sometimes we may need to hold an order back due to the holiday long weekend, or extreme weather, in which case we will notify you.

Large volume orders and peak periods may take longer, in which case we will notify you.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes. You can choose a preferred delivery date in the comments section of the checkout.

Please note that we can not guarantee delivery on a specific day, but we will make sure to send your gift in plenty of time to arrive on or before the date requested

With some delays, we may ship your gift one or two days early in an effort to avoid delays with delivery.

What if no one is home to accept the delivery?

We always recommend someone to be home to accept the delivery.

If no one is home to accept the delivery and we have been given authority to leave, the parcel will be left in the safest spot possible.

Please note Coco & Bean is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been made.

If no authority to leave is given and no one is home to accept the parcel, your order will be returned to our Bellevue Hill boutique.

A re-delivery and admin fee will apply for gifts returned to us.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We always recommend placing your order in advance, especially during holiday season as we tend to sell out quickly.

You can select your preferred delivery date on the calendar at the checkout page.

What happens if I provide the wrong delivery address?

If you provide the wrong address and have just placed your order email us ASAP at orders@cocoandbean.com.au and we will endeavour to fix it prior to shipping.

Unfortunately, if you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

Orders returned to Coco & Bean due to incorrect or insufficient address details or failure to collect from Australia Post Outlet will be disposed and a new order will need to be placed.

Please triple-check your shipping details when placing an order, including business names, tower numbers, and hospital wards. We hate to see returns as much as you do.

Late deliveries?

Refunds will not be given for late delivery. Coco & Bean cannot be held liable for late delivery outside of Australia Post’s stipulated delivery times. We believe that we have partnered ourselves with excellent delivery partners although, there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We are not liable for such delays and request that customers understand delivery is out of our control once passed onto Australia Post. If there are delays and your parcel has not been received within an adequate timeframe we will gladly offer our support and lodge an inquiry with Australia Post. Such inquiries tend to take a few business days to look into and once Australia Post have successfully found a resolution they will contact us with an update. Please also note that this process can be submitted by the customer directly to Australia Post. At times this may be a faster process, particularly during seasonal periods.

Returns and exchanges?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and take great care to ensure your gift arrives to you looking great. Due to laws regarding perishable items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on baked goods. If however, you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date, let us know and we will make it right!

International deliveries?

No sorry, due to the delicate nature of our sweets we only offer Australia-wide delivery.
